TheCommercial Reporting Sr. Analyst will be a key contributor to supporting commercial reporting & analytics requests across the commercial organization. The person in this role will build out scalable reporting solutions (for both internal and external customers), and conduct analyses for our channel leaders that are critical to demonstrating the value of Galleri.
This lead will also support commercial ad-hoc activities that may be needed for internal or external reporting on the business or customer metrics. You will also support ad hoc activities, such as supporting marketing and customer success teams. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are critical.
The Commercial Reporting analyst works alongside our market access, sales, marketing, IT, operations, customer service, and product teams to serve our client partners. The ideal candidate will also help develop best practices and be open to other responsibilities.
This position is located in Menlo Park, CA with an onsite requirement of 2 days.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and deliver internal & external customer analytics
- Document and prioritize customer reporting requirements
- Coordinate and execute long-term reporting and evaluation schedules and identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain Tableau data prep flows / calculated fields on data sources, and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of reports
- Support ad hoc & recurring requests to support additional commercial needs
- Support various departments, including marketing, customer success, and sales, in reaching their goals
- Monitor data to identify changes in business trends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have a BS/BA and 5+ years of work experience (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience working at a digital health, healthcare, wellness, benefits or SaaS company preferred
- Ability to use SQL, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, and BI software (looker, Qlikview, Domo) to create pivot tables, graphs and charts.
- Tableau experience is required
- Deep understanding of healthcare and the US healthcare system preferred

The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $102K-$128K. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.
