A day in the life.
As our Regional Sales Operations Consultant, you will work as a partner to the Regional Sales Leaders in executing their primary objectives and strategies. You will do this by ensuring that sales automation tools and technologies are utilized in the most effective and efficient manner, while overseeing training, support and administrative functions essential to the sales productivity efforts.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Sales Force experience required.
- Strong presentation skills required; training experience preferred.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/priorities are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an operations, sales support, or account management role in insurance agency/brokerage or benefits group preferred.
- Experience with sales technology tools preferred, (i.e., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, miEdge, etc.)
