We are looking for an experienced sales and operations professional that is passionate about sales, renewals, and customer success, and has strong knowledge of the processes and tools used as part of the sales and renewals cycle. You understand the customer engagement lifecycle, processes for managing and closing opportunities, and how to maximize sales tools to gain efficiencies in the sales cycle. You also have experience creating financial and performance reports, analyzing, and interpreting data.
You will successfully leverage this experience to drive onboarding and training initiatives, create documentation, provide support to our client success community, and support our organizational tools including engagement with the support and development teams and testing. You will also work with sales and operations leadership to understand the reporting needs of the business and drive the development and management of our reporting outputs.
Ideally, you will have 5 years of experience in support renewals, excellent communication and presentation skills, experience with stakeholder management, the ability to determine and implement the best approach to solve complex issues, and a strong desire to work in an evolving environment. Previous experience working in Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle CPQ, and Oracle Installed Base is desired.
The role is highly collaborative and will include partnering with contacts in multiple organizations and lines of business, as well as ongoing engagement with our leadership team and Client Success community.
This role has a requirement for in Oracle office work three days per week.
