JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in driving the leasing process by providing exceptional support to prospective residents. This role is responsible for responding promptly to incoming inquiries, nurturing leads, and coordinating property tours to ensure a seamless and engaging experience. The Sales Support Specialist will act as the first point of contact for potential residents, offering detailed information about rental communities, amenities, and leasing terms while maintaining regular communication to keep leads warm and interested. Key responsibilities include scheduling property tours, conducting follow-up communications to address concerns, and leveraging CRM tools to track interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. This position also involves optimizing lead conversion by collaborating with the leasing team, as well as maintaining accurate reporting on lead activity and conversion rates. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and has strong communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively and help guide them through the leasing journey.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Lead Response: Promptly respond to all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective residents, ensuring a positive first impression and addressing their needs effectively.
• Lead Nurturing: Maintain regular communication with leads to keep them engaged, warm, and interested in our rental properties. Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and follow-ups.
• Appointment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate property tours for potential residents, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up communications after property tours to answer any additional questions and address any concerns, helping to move leads further along in the leasing process.
• Information Provision: Provide accurate information about rental communities, pricing, availability, amenities, and leasing terms to potential residents.
• Conversion Optimization: Utilize best practices to convert leads into leases, working closely with the leasing team to streamline the process.
• Reporting: Maintain and update lead tracking reports, analyze data to identify trends, and provide feedback to improve lead management strategies.

Additional Compensation:
- Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
