We have an excellent career opportunity for a Project Analyst to join our National Sales Enablement (NSE) team. The NSE team is highly respected within the corporation as the team is innovative, rich in knowledge, and extremely productive. Among other critical deliverables, the information we produce, gleaned from internal and external data, is fundamental to the success of our sales efforts, marketing campaigns and sales management strategies and decisions.

Essential Responsibilities:
Extract relevant and meaningful information from multiple sources and apply it to solutions and visualizations that are scalable, standardized, and supported by a well-defined implementation approach with a focus on producing user-friendly and meaningful analytics for the organization.
Design, create, automate, and distribute sales reports and dashboards that provide accurate reporting, forecasting, KPI visualizations, and sales opportunities.
Support report/dashboard distribution and day-to-day operation by developing the process, structure, methodologies, standards, guides, and SOPs.
Must be able to run and troubleshoot queries, reconcile data, and identify discrepancies in either raw or final data.
Optimize, automate, and troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards.
Maintain team standards on quality, delivery and turn-around-time.
Partner with corporate and field team members to provide data sets and solutions as required.
Conduct training for user base on analytic and reporting tools as necessary.
Continuously explore technology options to drive enhancements, automation, and improved efficiencies. May make recommendations to management and initiate implementation of new protocols, methodologies, equipment, and processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Considerable experience with Excel, Access, SQL, and/or VBA required.
Working knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau preferred.
Ability to rapidly learn other relevant tools or programming languages as needed (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, etc.).
Aptitude to automate and create reporting efficiencies.
High level of resourcefulness and problem-solving skills are critical to this role.
Requires strong customer service, collaboration and communication skills. Ability to interface with various levels of Corporate & Field-based management and personnel.
Be able to work within team procedures but also have the willingness and ability to adapt to business and organizational change in direction or needs.
Able to manage competing demands and requirements efficiently and in a timely manner.
Position is independent and requires an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who will be responsible for follow through.
Must be comfortable working with financial numbers.
Knowledge of LabCorp Systems (1100, LCBS, DataMart) would be helpful.
Knowledge of the laboratory industry, healthcare, hospitals and managed care a plus.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Math or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience preferred or Associate’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Math or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience.
Location: Primarily remote with some travel to Durham, NC site.
