Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise & Support:
● Serve as the technical expert on product functionality, performance, and implementation.
● Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure up-to-date knowledge of all products and services.
● Conduct technical demos and provide product training to prospective and current customers.
Sales Collaboration:
● Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs, understand technical requirements, and position appropriate solutions.
● Develop and deliver customized presentations and proposals that address specific customer needs.
● Assist in crafting RFP/RFI responses, technical documentation, and customer use cases.
Customer Engagement:
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing technical support and acting as a point of contact for technical inquiries.
● Gather and communicate client feedback to inform product development and improve customer experience.
Solution Design & Implementation:
● Work closely with clients to analyze business and technical requirements, tailoring solutions to fit unique client needs.
● Participate in on-site visits and installation support as needed to ensure smooth deployment of products.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
● 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the AI, software, or technology industry.
● Strong technical background with a solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and software development concepts.
● Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Excellent presentation skills and confidence in delivering compelling demonstrations
● Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with customers and collaborating effectively across internal teams.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address customer needs and overcome obstacles.
● Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
