As a Financial Sales Consultant (internal title: Senior Manager of Membership), you will be responsible for working directly with our prospective members to bring them onboard at Facet. Our onboarding process allows you to share Facet’s mission and how working with Facet can enrich their lives beyond expectation. You will be responsible for conveying Facet’s value to prospects and selecting the correct membership for a successful member experience.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
- Work directly with prospective members via videoconference, phone and email.
- Act as a first step in helping potential members achieve their goals by explaining Facet’s planning process and managing expectations of both Planners and members
- Professionally and objectively help potential members understand how custom financial planning and working with our Planners can enhance their quality of life
- Assist in translating your experience with potential members to Planners for a smooth transition to the planning process
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of financial sales experience
- Must be able to meet and consistently maintain the minimum WiFi standards in order to efficiently work in the Company’s environment, and effect quality online connections
- If these WiFi speeds are not met, it will be the employee’s responsibility to troubleshoot and potentially upgrade to meet the minimum speed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work nights/weekends as needed based on member availability
- Background and experience in the financial services industry; knowledge of key financial, investment and risk management concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior interpersonal, organizational, and member service skills
- Member first attitude, professional demeanor, personal integrity and an understanding of fiduciary responsibility
- Willingness to work independently with guidance and oversight from a team coach
- Excellent computer skills along with the ability to learn in-house software and tools
