The opportunity
Amdocs is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the growth of our Mobile Division, specializing in Mobile Networks, RAN Networks, Transport, and Cloud RAN Services and Products. This role requires a dynamic sales leader who thrives on building relationships with executive decision-makers and driving end-to-end sales cycles in the telecommunications industry.
What will your job look like?
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key purchasing decision-makers, executive sponsors, and influencers to drive the adoption of Amdocs Mobile Network Services solutions.
- Take a consultative, customer-centric approach to solving business challenges and delivering value.
- Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities from initial lead through to closure.
- Lead the sales cycle for both established and developing accounts, effectively positioning and selling Amdocs products and services across Mobile Network, RAN, and Cloud domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer needs.

- Proven Sales Expertise: Successful track record in selling wireless network solutions, particularly focusing on 5G RAN, vRAN, ORAN, and Cloud Services.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of telecommunications and network verticals, including deep knowledge of related products and services.
- Executive Presence: Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Sales Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to manage long B2B sales cycles for large enterprises, with a consistent history of closing large, complex deals.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to align customer needs with Amdocs’ innovative solutions to maximize business value.
