Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. We’re looking for an experienced marketer and self-motivated individual, with experience driving the strategic development and execution of outbound communications, primarily through email marketing.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing our outbound communication strategy to drive the recruitment of new sellers and the adoption of seller-facing products and services. Our ideal candidate has a high sense of ownership and a strong expertise in email marketing and analytics. This role requires a creative, customer-centric individual that is able to develop and deliver end-to-end personalized journeys to help increase the velocity in which we move sellers through the funnel and accelerate seller growth throughout their lifecycle.
