SMB Sales Operations Manager - Comms
What we’re seeking:
As an integral part of Frontier's growth strategy, the SMB Sales Operations Manager will play a vital role in supporting the Operations Director in communicating and recording initiatives within the SMB segment. This position is designed for a proactive, collaborative individual who is passionate about documenting changes and driving engagement. The SMB Sales Manager will work closely with sales teams, cross-functional partners, and leadership to ensure alignment across teams and introduce new initiatives.

You are a highly successful sales operations professional that thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leveraging your various skills to build processes, structure, and strategy to drive efficiency and optimize business operations. You are focused on ensuring understanding of initiatives through clear documentation or presentations. You are confident in your ability to own, orchestrate, and manage multiple complex & cross-functional projects; at times assisting with development, strategic planning, research, and end-to-end execution of all new and existing initiatives. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to partner effectively with stakeholders, including Sales Leaders.
What you’ll do:
- Sales Support: Author, distribute and facilitate communications to drive stakeholder awareness & alignment (e.g. procedures related to the on-boarding and off-boarding of Sales reps, commission approval process, safety resources) while also occasionally presenting those changes to stakeholders
- Talent Development: In partnership with our training team, facilitate training programs and coaching sessions for sales team members to enhance skills and foster career development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local engineering, sales professionals, field operations, and outside vendors to ensure all teams are aligned
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Performance Tracking: Ensures project objectives are met by monitoring and measuring project progress regularly to determine variances from the project plan; identify risks, assess, analyze, and report progress in a timely and consistent manner to the leadership teams.
- Problem Solving: Actively identify and address barriers to sales success, employing innovative solutions to drive improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5 combined years of experience in sales management and communication delivery, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices, with proven success in deploying initiatives
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Proven ability to navigate challenges and devise effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable with telecom technology and software necessary for job role (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required. com, SharePoint and Teams a plus)
- Detail-oriented; capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
