- Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist
- Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the tactical day-to-day sales operations and ensuring the integration, workflows and processes with other teams and systems work flawlessly to achieve sales goals.

What you’ll do
- Project manage the sales order solicitation process. Generate order forms, drive the solicitation schedule, and send solicitations and reminders. Analyze orders received against print runs for accuracy, to ensure timely order processing and shipping requirements are met.
- Project manage the sales order financial process. Generate account updates, drive payment schedules, and send reminders to ensure reseller are within financial terms to allow for timely order release and shipping.
- Project manage the sales order reconciliation process. Generate and track the required forms necessary to reconcile shipping issues, including damages, shortage and overages. Partner with internal teams to ensure all reconciliations are resolved in a timely manner.
- Manage and improve inventory reporting process. Includes distributing internal-facing inventory reports to sales teams and external-facing inventory reports to resellers on a recurring basis.
- Discover gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes and tools. Partner with Director, TCG Sales Operations and internal stakeholders to identify potential solutions.
- Support the implementation of the future enterprise solutions by refining and documenting existing processes.
What you’ll bring
- Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
- Experience as an operations professional with a background in internal tooling/systems and process development.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and organization skills.
- Demonstrates clear and professional written and oral communication skills.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and meeting deadlines; develops alternative solutions.
- Is adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated with a strong work ethic, works well under pressure.
- Interacts effectively with all levels of management and other employees.

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $83,000 - $97,850 per year. The full range is $83,000 - $123,000. per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
