Opportunity
As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you’ll play a critical role in shaping the experience of Brooklyn clients on the company’s proprietary platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our clients to prioritize and triage their requests, answer product-related questions, and work with both the Brooklyn team and our distribution partners on client-service related matters. As Brooklyn finds itself at a juncture of accelerating growth, this CSM role is an opportunity to ensure that each of our clients has a top-notch experience, and to proactively inform product management’s decision-making based on client feedback.
You will:
- Act as a first port of call for client questions, ensuring that all questions are addressed and any issues are resolved proactively and efficiently
- Liaise with other members of the Brooklyn team, and Brooklyn’s distribution partners, to address client questions
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to Brooklyn’s platform
- Play a leadership role in client service process improvements and automation, as may be applicable
- Regularly and, at times, proactively interact or meet with existing, new, and potential clients to build strong relationships, in order to encourage continued client success
- Gather feedback from clients on products and services, providing insight and relaying the “voice of the client” to internal teams, including Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Operations

- Bachelor’s Degree from a top 4-year university or college
- Interest in finance and / or asset management is a must
- Relevant CSM experience is a plus
