- 2+ years dealership BDC/Internet Sales Director experience
- Ability to teach and train staff to be disciplined, process-oriented, and sales-driven through inbound and outbound appointment and calls, internet leads, and internally generated customer opportunities.

The California pay range for this position is $74,400.00 - $165,600.00.
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Team Payable Gross, Individual Payable Gross, and Team Units Sold, Individual Manufacturer Approvability.
