To be successful in this role, the Account Manager, Dedicated Success must feel comfortable owning the success of their own book of business, proactively communicating with their accounts in order to secure and retain revenue and drive close rates. The Account Manager, Dedicated Success will serve as the 360° point of contact for their accounts, owning their overall relationship and experience with Realtor.com.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively manage assigned accounts to foster ongoing engagement withRealtor.com’s products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent onboarding, coaching, and communication.
- Educate clients on product configurations and best practices to enhance performance and agent engagement.
- Provide stakeholders with structured data and reporting to support recommendations during renewals and new orders.
- Align actions with company initiatives and corporate OKRs.
- Effectively prioritize daily tasks and identify key accounts for engagement.
- Maintain accurate records in enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Focus Fire) for contact data, communication logs, and account activity.
- Stay informed about new products and services offered by the company.
- Address client inquiries, issues, and escalations, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed to resolve problems and improve processes.
- Identify and escalate technical issues within platforms like Salesforce and Focus Fire.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
How we work

For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together. This will be a hybrid opportunity in our Scottsdale, AZ office.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on key accounts preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in PCs, the internet, and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry.
- Background in technical customer support.
