Eaton’s Residential Wiring and Devices division is currently seeking a Retail Sales Analyst to join our team. This is a remote based position – the ideal candidate for the role should be in Peachtree City, Georgia or Moon Township, PA.
The Retail Sales Analyst will work directly for the Retail Operations Manager. In this role, you will work with a large team of account managers, be expected to utilize up to ten customer’s reporting systems then summarize customer through the register sales as well as invoice sales in a dashboard format.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.

• Develop financial modeling associated with new product introductions, store distribution growth, and retail resets.
• Provide special order support to customer and territory sales team when needed.
• Streamline and optimize sales operations processes, tools, and systems for maximum efficiency.
• Partner with marketing counterparts to develop marketing, promotions and eCommerce sales dashboards.
• Monitor compliance metrics and identify corrective actions.
• Provide special order support to customer and territory sales team when needed.
• Tracks all budget spending, works with Marketing to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Monitors and summarizes all rep agency payments.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum three (3) years' work experience
- Minimum three (3) years in Excel
- No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Peachtree City, GA or Moon Township PA to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
- Prior home improvement retail sales experience
- Comfortable analyzing data and identifying trends
Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The salary for this role is $90,000 a year.
