About the Role
The Sales Enablement Program Manager is responsible for helping new hires, experienced reps and managers further develop their sales skills. Improve non-sales roles in areas that lead to cost savings, time savings, and/or increased job satisfaction. This role is also responsible for supporting the launch of new products or enhancements through multiple communication channels.
* Partnering with leadership to identify training needs. Provideing recommendations for programs that should be implemented with new hires and experienced employees across multiple functions
* Developing, planning, and delivering training to large audiences on sales and non-sales topics
* Preparing documentation to be provided to participants after training programs are completed
* Identifing subject matter experts, coordinating the planning of training programs, and facilitating the delivery of classes
* Monitoring and evaluating training programs, analyzig results, and implementing enhancements to ensure the effectiveness of all classes and programs
* Reporting results and developing executive summaries at key intervals and at the conclusion of sales training/program initiatives.
* Collaborating with subject matter experts to create internal sales enablement resources to drive knowledge transfer and instill salesforce confidence. This includes playbooks, fact sheets, battlecards, and more.
* Managing and implementing process improvements and innovation for enterprise-wide sales communication and content repository platform
Requirements
* Experience delivering highly engaging, high impact enablement resources and training for sales audiences
* Possess solid business acumen and understanding of sales process and B2B buying engagements
* Be proficient in latest enablement trends, technologies, tactics, and methodologies
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Be adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
* Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at any given time
* Be self-motivated and highly driven to produce results
