About the Role
Are you ready to be at the forefront of revolutionizing how sales people learn? Reporting to the Dir. of Platform Education and working closely with learning experience designers, sales teams, leaders, and product marketing management, you’ll play a critical role in onboarding and enabling our sales teams so that they have what they need to achieve results, faster.
This role is responsible for supporting the ongoing growth of our sales team by coordinating sales enablement efforts. This includes onboarding new hires, delivering training and coaching, enhancing tool effectiveness, identifying gaps in processes and skills, and implementing programs to address these areas.
This role gives you the flexibility to adopt a hybrid work approach, maintaining a true work/life balance. This includes working from our brand-new office based in East Austin, Texas.
What You’ll Do
- Craft Impactful Sales Onboarding: This role is all about creating experiences that ignite excitement and curiosity, making learning both fun and effective! Partnering with our learning design, product marketing, and sales teams, you’ll craft onboarding programs that help new sales members ramp up faster and hit the ground running.
- Uncover and Address Ongoing Sales Enablement Needs: Be the detective of knowledge gaps! Through assessments and analysis, uncover where our sales teams need a helping hand, then swoop in to design, develop, deliver, and measure the impact of tailor-made enablement programs.
- Measure Impact: Using checkpoints and scorecarding, you’ll measure and communicate the impact of sales enablement initiatives.

- Continuous Content Optimization: Ensure all sales enablement content stays relevant and impactful by regularly updating and refining training materials to reflect the latest product, market, and strategy changes.
- Alignment with Revenue Goals: Work closely with sales leadership and revenue operations to align enablement initiatives with quarterly and annual sales goals, ensuring a direct impact on revenue outcomes.
- Sales Tools & Technology Enablement: Act as a go-to expert for sales tools, including CRM systems, engagement platforms, and prospecting tools. Ensure the team has everything needed to work efficiently and is trained in best practices for each tool.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to bring relevant insights and product knowledge to the sales team, supporting them in creating an end-to-end customer journey experience.
About You
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in sales enablement with a strong understanding of what it means to drive revenue in a sales role, and the pain points that can be alleviated by effective sales enablement.
- Understanding of sales methodologies (i.e. challenger, solution selling, value selling, sandler selling etc) and sales qualification frameworks (i.e. BANT, MEDDIC,CHAMP, etc)
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborate and form relationships to work effectively with a diverse group (sales leaders, managers, subject matter experts)
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term sales enablement needs and program scalability, especially as the organization grows.
- Knowledge of best practices in learning and performance metrics, with the ability to analyze data to improve program effectiveness continuously. Synthesize data from diverse sources (qualitative and quantitative) and be able to make logical and persuasive recommendations.

- Direct sales experience in a B2B technology company
- Basic video editing skills
- Experience with online course design and development
- Experience with change management frameworks to help sales teams adopt new practices and behaviors effectively.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories to enhance the impact of enablement programs.
- Knowledge of best practices in virtual selling environments and experience training teams for remote selling success.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad for managing and distributing sales content efficiently.
