- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. The Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE) team is seeking an Enablement Specialist to help provide an exceptional unified onboarding experience for all AWS Sales roles. Onboarding is strategic to AWS because the new hire experience sets the tone and often determines employee satisfaction and productivity throughout their career at AWS. A successful candidate has experience working in teams with strong strategic and operational capabilities.
This role will play an integral part in driving success in an environment of fast paced change. The successful candidate will combine a solid fluency of Bias for Action and Deliver Results in a global setting. This position will work with a broad set of stakeholders supporting the extended AWS sales organization, including Industry Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Public Sector, AWS Global Sales (AGS), and the Partner (APO) team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally, and translate business needs into impactful business outcomes. They have prior experience with Sales Enablement, working in a program team, and deep understanding of how the field operates. This is a hands-on position, with the ideal candidate willing to "roll up the sleeves" and get things done.
Key job responsibilities
• Design and deliver an exceptional, streamlined onboarding program that consistently prepares new hires for success
• Partner cross-functionally with field productivity teams, learning & development, HR, and other stakeholders to understand onboarding requirements and translate them into an engaging learning experience
• Develop and maintain onboarding curriculum, including training content, job aids, and other resources to enable new hires
• Measure onboarding effectiveness through data analysis and feedback, and continuously optimize the program based on insights
• Serve as the subject matter expert on all things related to onboarding, providing guidance and support to new hires as well as hiring managers
• Document onboarding processes and standardize them globally to ensure consistency and scalability
• Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with leadership and report on program impact
