About this Position
Senior Manager, Install Base Sales, will lead the strategy and execution for maximizing revenue from the existing customer bases for Sage X3, NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Acumatica. This role involves driving customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and customer relationship management.
Job Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals focused on the install base.
- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from the existing customer base.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on customer strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues and escalations.
- Conduct regular customer reviews to understand their needs and drive satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the management of customer contracts, renewals, and expansions.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Proven experience in ERP sales leadership and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $110,000 to $125,000.
This position is also eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
