Programmatic Account Manager / Client Partner, D/Cipher
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programmatic Account Manager/Client Partner Manager to join our Managed Service Media Trading Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of programmatic advertising campaigns, and delivering exceptional client service. You will work closely with our trading, strategy, and analytics teams to drive client success and business growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with internal sales leads and external clients
- Understand client goals, challenges, and needs, and provide strategic guidance to meet their objectives.
- Participate in regular client meetings and presentations to review campaign performance and discuss future strategies.
- Collaborate with the Trading team to rapidly onboard new customers and provide data driven insights to clients.
Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with the trading team to ensure campaigns are set up accurately, delivered on time, and optimized for performance.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement cookieless programmatic strategies that align with client objectives and maximize ROI.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and work with the sales team to expand service offerings to existing clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate detailed campaign performance reports and deliver actionable insights to clients.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess the effectiveness of strategies and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance and client satisfaction.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with internal teams, including trading, strategy, creative, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of client needs and expectations.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Who you are:
- 3 years of consultative, client-facing work in programmatic advertising, digital media buying or related fields.
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies.
- Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and internal stakeholders as well as work independently on daily tasks.
- Willingness to travel alongside a team up to 25% of the time.

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith’s total compensation package for employees.
