Job Description:
Sendbird is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to be responsible for creating compelling, engaging, and effective training content, as well as onboarding programs for our global sales and customer success teams. You will play a critical role in influencing revenue by ensuring teams are informed on our product value offering, leveling up our selling skills, and showing teams how to get the most out of our sales technology. We’re looking for a creative and process-minded person passionate about making the people around them more effective, successful, and engaged. The Sales Enablement Manager will be a part of the Revenue Operations team and report to the Head of Sales Operations and Enablement. This role should be able to work from our San Mateo office three days per week.
What you will do:
- Work with the Head of Global Sales Operations and Enablement to implement and deliver enablement programs that improve the performance of the Sales and Customer Success organizations.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align Sales training, related content, and initiatives
- Create and deliver onboarding and continuous learning curriculum that increases the sales team’s effectiveness
- Identify metrics to quantify impact and efficacy of enablement programs, special events, and sales tools and resources
- Maintain a repository of shared content to assure content is accurately named, tagged and curated
- Coordinate and manage sales enablement events, including quarterly sales gatherings, conferences, and annual sales kick offs
- Build and implement standardized certification program framework

What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in an sales enablement, operations, or program/project management role
- Experience implementing sales methodologies and certification programs
- You have strong english speaking skills and excellent communication (written/verbal) and facilitation skills including presentation skills (Korean language skills a plus)
- Experience working in a global start-up company environment, including localization of training materials
- Knowledge of SaaS, B2B, and Enterprise sales models
- Proficiency with sales enablement software and standard business applications (e.g. Highspot, Showpad)

Pay Transparency
We set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location for cash compensation. We utilize various compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies to determine our ranges. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000. This range is specific to the San Francisco Bay market. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs that may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.
Flexible Work Policy
We offer a flexible work schedule at Sendbird and value collaboration and relationship building. With those values in mind, we require all employees within an hour's commute range of their local office to gather with their team in the office three days per week at minimum. Some of our roles require a more frequent in-office schedule. Please work with your manager to understand the office time requirements for your position.
