JR66607 Senior Manager, Sales Support and Operations

We are seeking a high impact experience leader in our global Sales Operations organization with extensive sales operations and sales support experience and demonstrated success optimizing sales processes. This individual will have a track record of increasing productivity and mobility across a sales organization and will lead a team of business process owners / authorities responsible for driving continuous improvement across both tools and processes. This function will be a change agent and should excel across all areas of change management from problem identification and requirements gathering all the way through to rollout, training, and adoption. The candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain process maps to streamline sales support activities and improve overall sales efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, improve data integrity, and boost overall sales performance.
- Support field sales during customer audits by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Drive process optimization and coordinate process deployment to make the sales organization more agile and mobile.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Foster an environment that supports the integration and utilization of Generative AI within Micron.
- Work with sales teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into efficient systemic solutions.
- Provide effective leadership to a team of business process re-engineers, guiding them through necessary change management activities.
- Lead, mentor, and empower team members to reach their full potential, conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to facilitate professional development.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer feedback and developing strategies to improve service and retention.
Education and Qualifications:
- Experience with key sales processes, including revenue management, demand creation, samples, case management and opportunity management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational change. - Experience managing a team of business process re-engineers and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to sell ideas internally and train/support users.
