Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $64,200.00 - $96,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Cox Business is currently searching for a Sales Performance Analyst. This role will focus on analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing insights that drive our digital sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital sales metrics, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the digital sales landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop actionable insights that support strategic initiatives.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to track sales performance and key metrics.
- Use statistical methods to forecast future sales and guide decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of digital sales campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development of sales strategies by providing data-driven insights and competitive analysis.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales analytics and digital marketing.
- Use Tableau and other visualization tools to create dashboards
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within a digital sales environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and KPIs is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
- BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.).
- Experience in telecommunications industry desired
