Job Description
You will play an important role in daily client communication as it relates to important information about assets, status meetings, and overall project knowledge and process.
You will become a trusted partner to the internal team and clients through your ability to accomplish tasks thoughtfully and work collaboratively towards a common goal. You should always look for more opportunities to work on different types of projects/productions to further develop your skills and demonstrate how you can lead the team through a successful campaign from start to finish.
You will report to our VP, Client Leadership.
Responsibilities
As the Account Executive, you will:
- Be the daily resource for clients on projects and general inquiries/ requests
- Build a solid partnership with appropriate clients
- Partner with clients for strategic and executional needs
- Manage projects independently and creatively address issues along the way
- Understand when and how to keep Account Supervisor informed on important project details, when to get AS management feedback
- Sell agency strategies, creative and points of view
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in an account management (or equivalent client leadership) role
- Minimum 2 years in a creative agency setting
- Effectively writes clear, concise logical internal and client documents
- Understanding of the social and digital development and production processes
- Working knowledge of social, website UX, design or relevant digital experience
This position is a hybrid role, with our primary physical office locations being Chicago and New York City.
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375/ year.
Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
