Analytics Reporting Manager, Sales Operations (Cambridge, MA or Nashville, TN)
Job Description
Use your expertise in business analytics through the delivery of reports and dashboards to help answer business questions by providing insights and recommendations to support the Sales teams in the domains of order forecasting, goal attainment, and sales team performance. This role also acts as the Product Owner for dashboards that the technical delivery teams build and maintain for your portfolio of stakeholders in the North American Market.
Your role:
To utilize PowerBI, Excel and other analytic tools, to respond to questions and deliver insights with data and solutions meet the needs of the stakeholder in the areas of Order Intake, Funnel Analysis, Forecast Updates, Sales Performance and more. Simplify complex data into easy to comprehend analysis which generates actionable insights for the business. In addition, you will drive the consolidation, standardization, and consistency of reporting and analytics across multiple businesses and organizations.
To establish and maintain a portfolio of business specific performance analytics. Also, perform discovery and requirements gathering activities with Stakeholders as well as, develop and maintain the high-level product roadmap and act as the product’s ambassador through its lifecycle aligning the product features and capabilities to Stakeholder needs.
Partner with the Product Team through delivery sprints for dashboards ensuring timelines and expectations of the stakeholder are met; in addition, you will partner with the Data Delivery team to identify enhancements to data sources and to address data quality issues; ensure the quality, integrity, and reliability of analytic products and applications; monitor analytic product adoption and ensure performance and efficiency and stay up-to-date on the latest analytical trends such as Azure technologies in business intelligence and automation.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience demonstrating strong analytical skills with the ability to think methodically, problem solve, formulate insights, and present compelling cases for action and/or arguments resulting in a business impact, preferably within Sales.
Your skills include experience with advanced Excel functions and PowerBI dashboard development; expertise in composing SQL queries, exposure to Agile methodologies on Azure DevOps is a plus; and experience in Python is a plus.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree (required).
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re an excellent communicator, results oriented, solid stakeholder management and project management skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed atmosphere, have a flexible work style, a creative mind, the to visually present and communicate complex data and provide insights and recommendations and experience in healthcare or medical technology sector (a plus).

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
