- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
- Advanced experience working with a broad range of technology tools including Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, Salesforce and other web analytic platforms
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

The base salary for this position ranges from $93,700/year up to $156,500/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. As a Sr. Sales Operations Manager, you will develop and manage key outsourced Customer Acquisition Centers (CACs). You will partner with Directors and Heads of Sales teams to develop and optimize sales operations, identify short term and long term goals, drive and develop scalable methods of tracking production, and deep-dive to resolve sub-par performance. You will own specific CAC relationships end-to-end, and seek to identify new potential CAC partners in the market.
The Sr Sales Operations Manager will be accountable for ensuring that sales are executed in line with Amazon’s customer obsessed culture. You will be responsible for coordinating with KfB’s Operations team to ensure that customer installations are booked and executed in a timely, friction-free, and professional manner. You will partner with KfB’s Business Intelligence, Scheduling and Forecasting teams to provide recommendations that optimize CAC performance and playbook as we expand the program.

The Sales Operations team is a Las Vegas based group that provides strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategy to drive customer adoption.
