About the role:
Are you an expert at architecting complex technical solutions while driving revenue growth? Join our team, where you’ll combine your deep technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver cutting-edge telecommunications solutions to our customers
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute technical sales strategies for public safety software solutions
- Lead technical discovery calls, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept implementations with potential clients
- Architect and present customized solutions that address specific emergency response challenges
- Create detailed technical documentation, including solution proposals, implementation plans, and security assessments
- Support RFP responses with technical expertise and solution specifications
- Build trusted technical relationships with key stakeholders, including PSAP directors, security teams, and emergency operations leaders.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into product requirements.
- Provide technical guidance during customer onboarding to ensure successful implementation.
- Stay current with industry trends in emergency response technology and public safety solutions
- 3+ years of Sales Engineering experience, specifically in solution design and technical sales for Telecommunications, Networking, or VoIP platforms
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of IP Networking, IP Telephony, and enterprise SaaS deployments
- Proven experience architecting and positioning cloud solutions(AWS preferred)
- Track record of winning complex technical deals through POCs, solution architecture, and competitive differentiation
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams to build compelling technical proposals and drive deal closure
- The position requires approximately 70% travel for onsite customer engineering sessions
- Must reside near an airport hub.
- Fast-paced environment supporting multiple enterprise sales cycles simultaneously

- Experience leading technical whiteboarding sessions and architectural deep dives with enterprise clients
- Proven ability to influence technical decision-makers while navigating complex stakeholder environments
