Role Summary
The Campaign Programs Manager will be part of a team of global integrated marketing professionals responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns and programs to prospective and existing Splunk customers. You will turn customer adoption and retention strategies into reality by executing through an integrated customer journey approach. The focus of this role is understanding the overall campaigns, executing globally and working within a set budget across all promotional channels. You will work closely with the Customer Success Marketing team as well as Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Web Design, Digital Marketing, Regional Marketing and Marketing Operations functions.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing and experience project managing multiple programs that support campaign execution.. This role requires strong organizational skills, collaboration, and the ability to deliver results through cross-functional alignment and communication.
What you'll get to do
- Execute customer-focused marketing programs that drive engagement and support Splunk adoption and retention initiatives.
- Partner with campaign managers, content marketing, B&C, and product marketing to manage the content creation process for net new/ revamped assets for content deployment.
- Create, organize and manage the content workback schedules to ensure new content is delivered efficiently and on time both internally and cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders.
- Own the execution of the editorial calendar to deliver full-funnel, multi-format content aligned to product areas and buying stages. Provide project reports and ongoing project status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage timelines of all content ensuring projects are efficiently moving forward through proactive communication and attention to detail.
- Support the regional activations plans and channel mix (paid digital, email, website, social, webinars) with content and creative assets to drive engagement and pipeline.
- Partner with marketing operations to track and report on engagement and funnel metrics, to shift and improve campaign strategy.
- Help to manage the campaign roadmap, milestones, deliverables and results across functions.
- Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders in the field to lead communications and adjustment to campaign and content strategy online and across landing pages, emails and Q/A.
- Report results to key stakeholders in the business and within marketing.
Must-have Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience supporting global B2B campaigns and running lead generation programs for enterprise software and/or SaaS services.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate content development.
- Thorough understanding of full funnel demand gen strategy, and persona mapping to buyer’s journey.
- Experience in digital marketing running lead generation campaigns promoting content.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to communicate and influence senior marketing professionals.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading production timelines across many teams.
- Experience running email campaigns including an understanding of opt-in strategies.
- Highly organized and process-driven with the ability to plan, prioritize and work quickly under pressure.
- Self-starter with demonstrated experience optimizing and improving results with data and with strong attention to detail.
