What we’re seeking:
We're seeking adriven and energetic Enterprise Account Executive I who will help grow our customer base and expand our market presence. You’ll hunt for new business opportunities, build a pipeline of prospects, and close deals to drive customer acquisition. With a 90% focus on hunting new opportunities, you will drive our growth. You will split your time between working from our office in Tampa and visiting customers.
What we need in you:
We need you to come with a proactive hunter mindset, a passion for sales, and the ability to connect with new enterprise customers. You should be comfortable with outbound sales strategies and leveraging various sales techniques to build and manage a robust pipeline. You will have the freedom to own your territory, and we’ll provide the tools and resources you need for success. There’s plenty of room as we traverse new horizons, so it requires preparation, open-mindedness, and resilience. We’re confident in what we’re delivering, and we know you’ll carry that as you build rapport and problem-solve.
What you’ll do:
- Unleash your proven track record of being a go-getter, demonstrating the ability to identify and seize opportunities
- Build a sales pipeline and acquire new business through field visits, phone, networking, social media, and professional enterprise-level email prospecting outreach
- Effectively communicate the value and “Why Frontier” to secure client appointments and address sales objections by highlighting the key features and benefits of our solutions
- Demonstrate strong business acumen to connect client objectives and challenges with Frontier’s business solutions, tailored to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
- Identify and develop executive relationships with newly identified prospects, building your portfolio to close deals and generate revenue
- Partner with pre-and post-sales support to enhance customer relationships, deliver solutions, and increase revenue
- Understand our suite of tech offerings including Enterprise Voice Solutions, Managed Dedicated Internet Access, VoIP, EVPL, ELAN, Managed Security, and Managed Wireless LAN to become a solution-based seller

What background you should have:
- 2-5 years of experience solution-selling in enterprise-scale companies with a successful track record
- Telecom and wireline experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- A valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record
