JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for cultivating and executing a strategic approach to retain existing revenue and generate new business in those accounts through the sale of additional products and services. Execute a Consultative Selling approach to penetrate accounts (higher-wider-deeper) and build strong working relationships in the customer’s organization. Demonstrate behaviors of resourcefulness and customer centricity that are reflective of a high level of intellectual curiosity, especially within the context of ICIS’s 3 pillars: Chemicals, Energy and Sustainability. Perform other duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Management, Media Studies, or related field required.
- 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.
- Also required is: 3 years of experience in the following: Establishing strong, long-term customer relationships with key decision makers that helps to cultivate new business opportunities; Maintaining high-volume and high-quality customer engagement through phone, email, social media, and onsite visits; Maintain excellent record keeping on customer engagement and communication using CRM (preferably Salesforce.com) and other systems, tools, and processes; Collaborating with business functions locally and globally; Creating commercial plans; and Working with data intelligence, analytics and subscription-based/licensing products and services.
- Employee reports to LNRS Data Services, Inc. office in Houston, TX, but may telecommute from any location within the U.S.
- Experience can be concurrent.
