We are seeking a BI Ops analyst who can support branded effect partner management. Branded Effects are created through external vendors. These vendors require careful management through compliant SOW, invoicing and payments. This role will work with external vendors, Finance teams, Branded Effect product team and be an SME for GBS to answer questions. Strong candidates for this role have attention to detail, enjoy proactively staying on top of payments and tasks, and are responsive to sales inquiries. In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time. Responsibilities - Budgeting: Work with finance and Branded Effect PM to determine future budget allocation based on forecast and budget usage - Contracting: Ensure all new badged partners' signs require SOW paperwork and are compliant - Payment: All vendor invoices need to be paid. Payments to be handled by creating a new project, ensuring the right billing amounts, and project details entered, and are approved within 60 days. - Tracking: Ensure all payments are tracked and there is clear accounting to finance on how much of the budget has been used - Support GBS in Q&A: Sales team will have questions about raising invoices, times and payments. As the SME on vendor payments, the person will answer questions clarifying payments and questions related to vendors. Minimum qualifications: - Education (bachelors degree, 2-year course education) in accounting, book-keeping or equivalent education/experience - 3+ years in operation, marketing, customer support, program management or equivalent roles - Strong communication skills across diverse functions and teams - Proficient in Excel - Strong attention to detail and patience in ensuring all invoices are paid and no gaps Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, technology solutions, reports, and dashboards - Comfortable with legal contracts such as SOW, answering partner questions and ensuring they get signed - Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment - Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and constantly curious - Analytical skillsets, with experience drawing insights from multiple data sources - Skilled communicator over chat Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
