Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and identify opportunities for MojoTech's services within prospective client organizations.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress and updating CRM systems regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, project management, and engineering, to craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to each client's needs.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless transition to the project delivery team.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to sales leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive positioning.
Desired Skills and Expertise
- Minimum of 3 years closing service deals in software / application outsourcing, digital transformation, team augmentation, cloud migration, etc.
- Existing credibility and relationships and with organizations in need for high quality custom software development
- Understanding of software development and design trends
- Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives
- Motivated to compete on quality rather than price
