Who are you?
You are a top Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is looking for a launchpad to become an Outbound SDR or an Account Executive. You have a strong understanding of qualification processes and know how to motivate and inspire potential customers to schedule and show up to meetings with AEs. You are a quick learner and love to receive coaching and apply it immediately. You are well organized and know how to prioritize your day to handle a full workload. You enjoy a fast-paced, start-up environment and like to contribute your feedback to make a difference.
So, what will you be doing all day?
- Calling (100+ calls a day, click to dial), emailing, and chatting with Trial leads to generate curiosity and intrigue, leading to proper qualification and scheduling with our Account Executives
- Nurturing free-use customers long-term until they are ready to grow into our paid solutions
- Reaching out to Nurtured, Closed Lost, and Churned customers to spark new interest
- Keeping great notes in the CRM and sharing feedback with leadership to guide strategy
- Following up on no-shows to get them back on the calendar
- Joining AE calls you set as part of your development to the next role
- Creating instant meetings when both the prospect and an AE are immediately available
Ideally, we’re looking for
- HS Diploma/GED
- 1-6 months SDR experience (Inbound or Outbound)
- Exposure to SaaS, UCaaS, Digital Marketing, or other similar solutions
- Able to adhere to best practices in time management and organization
- Proven ability to influence prospects over email, phone, or chat
- Solid time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with SMBs
- Experience qualifying correct industry leads
- Comfortable navigating a CRM and dialing platforms
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
These would also be nice:
- 1-6 months AE/CS/AM experience
- 6-12 months SDR experience
- SaaS experience (especially non-commodities)
- Service industry experience (sold to, employed by)
- Sales awards and recognition
- HubSpot proficiency
Compensation: $67,000 annual base + bonus potential
