Lili is seeking an Account Manager to join our fast-growing Growth team
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the account manager for new customers
- Project-manage internal stakeholders through commercial, legal and marketing.
- Produce and manage a detailed project plan to suit customer requirements
- Execute customer success and engagement plans
- 3+ years in onboarding/project management, preferably in a B2B/SaaS company
- Proven track record of managed projects, preferably within: project delivery, customer onboarding or customer success
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle issues/escalations
- Attention to detail and super organized working methods
- Ability to work independently and with teams, at different organizational levels
Benefits
- Salary (NYC): $80-120K per year. Final salary to be determined based on background and experience. The range may be different if a candidate is located outside New York City.
