We’re looking for a phenomenal Customer Success Manager that can lead our valued customers to achieve maximum value from our product and from their partnership with Medigate.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Professionally and efficiently plan, execute, and support the delivery aspects of an IoMT (Internet of Medical Things) cyber defense product.
- Act as the main point of contact for every technical engagement with existing customers, responsible for the technical health of the customer.
- Create and cultivate deep and meaningful relationships with our top customers and build their loyalty towards Medigate by Claroty, from the onboarding stage, and throughout the customer journey
- Get the customers’ feedback and represent their voice within the organization to improve our products and address customers’ business needs
- Take accountability for the success of Medigate by Claroty’s customers, their satisfaction, and the value they get from our products by taking their perspective and business needs as first priority
- Communicate effectively within the Customer Success team and across other departments such as Support, Marketing, and Product Management
- Suggest and communicate internally new products or services that would solve strategic customers’ needs, and introduce new solutions to customers to increase their usage of Medigate by Claroty’s product
- 3-5 years experience in the cybersecurity industry with emphasis on medical device security programs
- Strong networking knowledge (understanding protocols behavior and ability to analyze network traffic from capture)
- Familiarity with Database maintenance (MySQL and Postgres) - Advantage
- Project Management experience and skills
- Possess exceptional written, verbal, presentation, social, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a quick learner with the ability to task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel (20%)
Expected base salary of $125,000- $150,000 + commission. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, commissions, or other forms of compensation. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside of the salary band are welcome to apply.
