GEM Technologies, Inc. (GEM) is seeking a Technical Business Development Specialist to join our team. This position is full-time and will be located in Albuquerque, NM.
- Support partnership opportunities for economic development at the Labs.
- Support day-to-day operations of programs within the Technology and Economic Development department.
- Analyze federal and regional policies and translate into useful strategies for the Labs.
- Develop and deliver presentations to external partners.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent writing skills.
- To be considered, you must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed.
- Due to the nature of the work, a U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Experience with technology transfer and partnerships initiatives at the national laboratories.
- Experience launching and leading programs.
- Experience with technology-based economic development.
The NNSA's Sandia National Laboratories, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is responsible for the development, testing, and production of specialized nonnuclear components and quality assurance and systems engineering for all U.S. nuclear weapons (energy.gov).
