We help brands grow by having better conversations on social media. We provide a managed service solution including a platform where we remove harmful comments (brand safety), respond to comments in need of attention (care) and provide actionable insights on what’s being said (intelligence). We work with some of the top brands in the world including Netflix, Uber, Red Bull, NARS, Sephora, The North Face and many more.
Our team is born remote, we have over 18 nationalities on the team, and our main markets are North America and Western Europe. We’ve been around for 9 years, but are still very much a fast moving, agile growth company.
As an Account executive, you will be:
- Prospecting new clients and conducting outreach over email, social media and phone
- Attending conferences and industry events to source new clients
- Organizing events (online and offline) to source new clients
- Building custom strategies for brands by researching the industry and competitors
- Building pitches and proposals and conducting sales presentations
- Become and expert in BrandBastion platform functionality and conduct demos for prospects answering any questions they have
- Convert free trial prospects into paying customers
- Work with Marketing and Customer Success to analyze prospect behavior and understand what is important for them
- Innovate new processes and strategies for conversion efforts
We are looking for an action- driven, curious, fast moving Account Executive with:
- 3 + years experience in B2B sales
- Experience working in field of marketing considered a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of parties.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, remote first environment.
