We are looking for an SDR available Eastern time zone to join our Marketing team. The role will be in Boston.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The sales development representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for the field sales teams. This position lays the foundation for a successful high-tech sales career. There is a clear career growth path in Enterprise Sales within Grip for the right candidate that is willing to learn, work hard, and succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Generate interest in Grip’s solutions and book meetings and demos for sales teams through a mixture of outbound phone and email prospecting, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop relationships with important stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with sales team to develop a territory to generate sales opportunities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce.com
- Achieve and exceed activity metrics
- B.A. or B.S from an accredited university
- 1+ years of prior sales experience in any industry
- Experience with tools such as SFDC, SalesLoft, LinkedIn, Zoom, etc.
- Enterprise technology aptitude and ability to articulate business value to of solutions
- Strong sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed aggressive goals
- Hard working, competitive, professional, and comfortable taking direction and feedback
- Experience in technology solutions, cloud and SaaS preferred
- Local to the Greater Boston area and open to working in a hybrid model
