Lili is looking for a Director of Business Development to join our team
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Build new acquisition channels through partnerships.
- Explore, establish, and lead key partnerships and partnership opportunities.
- Lead collaboration frameworks and commercial models.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, product, data, and marketing teams to support partner activities.
- Facilitate commercial agreements from pricing, negotiating, closing, and renewals
- 5 + years of business development experience in the tech environment.
- Proven track record of partnerships and collaborations in previous roles.
- Ability to build strong working relationships, manage projects, and lead a cross-functional team through planning and execution processes.
- A proven work experience in the US market
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills & ability to drive actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
Benefits
- Salary (NYC): $120,000-$150,000. Final salary to be determined based on background and experience. The range may be different if a candidate is located outside New York City.
