We are directly impacting company revenue by increasing the number of buyers who choose to buy their home with Localize and our partner real estate agents.
We are a small team; an all-hands-on-deck mentality and a positive can-do approach are a must. As we aim to provide our client’s buyers with the highest level of service; part of our team’s responsibilities are to be proactive, effective communicators and able to make successful cold calls to agents and buyers quite often.
The B2C Client Success Manager is key to the streamlined operations of home-buyers’ journey as well as to provide a best-in-class experience for our customers. The CSM operates in a fast-paced, strategic, and collaborative environment, being the direct point of contact for our clients’ buyers. Responsibilities:
In this role, you will assist with onboarding our clients real estate professionals) and actively engage their home-buyers, providing them with excellent support via our proprietary lead nurturing system complemented with SMS/email/phone calls. You will manage a portfolio of agents’ buyers and will be responsible for their progress, serving as the buyers’ POC. You will gain a deep understanding of our end users’ needs and the real estate market while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. As the owner of the buyers’ experience, you will drive user feedback, and work closely with our business, marketing and product teams to enhance user objectives.
Lastly, you will also get a chance to partner with some of the most tech-forward agents out there and serve as a key component in shaping their experience with Localize
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a B2C tech-based company
- Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders and customers
- Demonstrated experience taking on new domains and learning quickly
- Detail-oriented with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- You bring a flexible approach, and you’re able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
- You’re driven, self-motivated with a high degree of ownership with “can-do” mentality
- You are truly excited to work with home buyers and real estate agents
