About You
The Revenue Operations Director is responsible for driving and optimizing the end-to-end revenue cycle within the organization.
This role will oversee the strategy, design, and implementation of processes that improve sales productivity, marketing effectiveness, and customer success efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Revenue Operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

What will you do:
- Develop and implement revenue operations strategies to drive growth and efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Analyze and optimize the entire revenue cycle, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Manage the revenue operations team, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS and Finance to align goals and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Implement and manage revenue operations tools and technologies, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and are effectively utilized.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive data governance and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all revenue-related systems.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving revenue generation and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and apply them to the organization's processes.
Base salaries for this role range from $165,000 - $225,000 per year. Additionally this role has a variable compensation component.

- Experience in a SaaS B2B companies - a must
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field
- 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and other revenue operations tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
