Aescape is looking for a Partner Success Manager, who will be on the ground supporting our early partners with the launch, support, and execution of the Aescape experience within their business and to their clients. Our partners are leaders in the wellness and fitness space, such as Equinox, Remedy Place, and the Lotte Palace Hotel. Working side by side with Aescape’s Account Management team, you will serve as an extension of our partner attendants who are utilizing the Aescape Table as one of their offerings. This role is a 3-month project based out of New York, NY.

What You’ll Do
Technical Support and Partner Experience
Partner with the account management team to understand what Partner Location(s) locally you will be working to support.
Provide in person on the ground help to Partner Attendants as the greet, onboard, and check-in members for their Aescape Massage.
Serve as the first line of defense if there are issues or errors, working with Aescape’s support team and troubleshooting on behalf of and with partner attendants.
Cultivate strong relationships within our partners to help us deliver a fully white glove experience end to end.
Problem Solving and Adaptability
Lead with empathy, managing conflict and high-pressure situations with a solution-oriented mindset.
Embrace and manage change, adapting swiftly to new processes and keeping your team and studio dynamic and future-ready.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of retail management experience, preferably within the retail, hospitality, or health and wellness industry.
Superior customer service and hospitality skills.
Excellent communication skills with team members, clients, and senior management.
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed in person.
