Job Description: The GTM Partner Account Manager is a key role at Copado, dedicated to forging and nurturing strategic relationships with Salesforce. This position is pivotal in driving innovative initiatives that boost pipeline growth and revenue through creative collaboration with Salesforce. Based in Chicago, this role involves regular face-to-face interactions at Salesforce Towers and other local venues, making it ideal for a dynamic and strategic professional with deep ties in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative strategies to enhance pipeline activity and revenue generation, including lead generation, expansion initiatives, and upsell opportunities.
- Organize and conduct regular in-person engagements such as office hours, workshops, lunch-and-learns, and informal networking events like happy hours.
- Implement a quarterly plan that includes consistent and regular events to foster relationships and enhance partner engagement.
- Participate in and contribute to local and regional Salesforce events, including charity events, hospitality sponsorships, and sporting events to boost brand visibility and partner engagement.
- Deliver compelling presentations to executives within the Salesforce ecosystem, effectively managing objections and conveying the value of Copado solutions.
- Share success stories and best practices to highlight regional wins and inspire ongoing partnership and growth.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and leverage insights to develop forward-thinking strategies that maximize partner engagement and revenue.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years in channel and/or alliance management, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce brand, its organizational structure, and capabilities within the CRM ecosystem.
- Demonstrated passion for SaaS and cloud-based solutions, with experience managing enterprise service agreements.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of preparing and delivering persuasive presentations to C-level executives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to address complex business, product, and technical challenges.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a knack for leveraging partnerships to create mutual value.
- Ability to multitask and navigate shifting priorities and uncertainty in a fast-paced startup environment.
