What You’ll Do:
- Proactively cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand relationships and increase revenue.
- Build and nurture strong executive relationships with key clients to drive engagement and position the company as a trusted partner.
- Compose thoughtful, personalized responses for a variety of customer requests, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Make active contributions to help achieve team goals and successes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Manage input and feedback for all client-facing projects with detailed direction and timelines, especially for top-tier accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess performance, align on goals, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay connected to clients and monitor the ever-changing market to ensure continuous engagement and value delivery on a regular basis.
- Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond quickly to client needs in a dynamic environment.
- Team-focused attitude with a willingness to collaborate closely with peers, product management, and other internal stakeholders.
What You Have:
- At least 3 years of experience in Account Management and meeting and/or exceeding quota in the position
- Proven ability to cross sell multiple products and experience selling at a B2B software company that is more a platform than point solution
- Understanding of mortgage is strongly preferred
- Past experience in Enterprise Saas sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in learning about Fintech
- An entrepreneurial attitude with a strong desire to be an early and integral piece of a fast growing start-up
- An eagerness, willingness and ability to learn about mortgage capital markets and Polly’s software offerings
- Passionate about customer support and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful
- Highly motivated, resilient and a tenacious passion for winning
- Ability to communicate technical problems in a elegant and tactful way
- Empathy, diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
