The National Sales Manager will work collaboratively with various departments to implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and establish and sustain customer relationships to support sales growth of Trinidad Benham’s Print Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Participates in the strategic planning of the Company's annual sales and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver results aligned with the business growth strategy and product sales development.
- Meets established sales quotas and achieves the Company's annual sales objectives.
- Maintain a competition matrix based on sales insights and intel from RFP’s
- Applies practical account management skills, identifies and addresses issues, engages in prompt and purposeful communication, and incorporates the customer's perspective in the decision-making
process. - Analyze syndicated data, market trends and the competitor landscape to acquire National and Region Customers.
- Travels to customer locations for follow-up, presentations, or demonstrations as needed.
- Develops trade relationships and adds value to the sales process via category expertise.
- Maintains consistent communication and collaboration with the Print Division Team providing feedback and input in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quote projects, process orders, and create a value added experience for customers.
- Works closely with operations management to ensure and upholds the Company's reputation for superior customer service and supply chain efficiency.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
