The Marcus & Millichap Investment Brokerage Internship is a paid, eight-week, corporate-sponsored program in which rising college juniors and seniors work directly with established, successful brokers and capital markets professionals to prepare for a career in commercial real estate (CRE). This unique opportunity is a blend of education, training, and mentorship where interns will be in-office for the day-to-day CRE experience while also having the chance to attend workshops and network with senior brokers and capital markets professionals.
During the course of the 8-week program, Investment Brokerage Interns will:
- Garner real-life commercial real estate experience through in-office participation in team projects, sales meetings and the creation of contracts, Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), and Offering Memorandums (OMs).
