WellSky is seeking a Client Success Executive, which is a dynamic, client-facing role responsible for developing and maintaining deep relationships with our clients. The Client Success Executive will use a programmatic approach to deliver processes and best practices to our clients. This role ensures that our clients receive the highest possible return on investment and satisfaction from our suite of solutions and services.
A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Developing deep relationships with clients and key personnel to improve client referencability, overall client retention, and increase WellSky advocacy across the client base
- Acting as the single point of contact for key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the partnership
- Leveraging operational data to identify areas of client and business opportunities for improvement
- Proactively engaging with an assigned set of clients to understand their opportunities and navigate client partnerships and experiences with our solutions
- Assisting in developing and measuring success metrics and ROI
- Driving additional value by encouraging deeper feature adoption
- Generating and sharing educational resources, training, and industry best practices
- Creating Client Value Annual Plan by establishing clear goals and milestones with the client
- Synthesizing client feedback and working with internal teams to respond to client needs
- Helping clients attain value by proactively managing solution implementation and support concerns
Do you have what it takes?
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4-6 years related work experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Do you stand above the rest?
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in one of the following areas: infusion/specialty pharmacy, population health, care coordination/care management, or home health and hospice
- Strong understanding and experience with Value Based Care
- Acute Care, Post acute care, ambulatory or payor background
