The Tesla Energy Business Operations team is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Operations analyst to join the Global Business Operations team. The role will primarily be supporting the local regional requirements and participates in sales operations, order management, payments, and compliance. This role interacts directly with many Commercial Energy stakeholders, and will work together with Sales in strategic planning, operations execution planning, executive reporting; and be responsible for developing and refining key reports and analytical insights required to aid weekly order prioritization, delivery execution, and various business decision. They will also be the subject-matter-expert for America's region Sales/Sales Operations operations and business reporting.
- Develop prompt, accurate and insightful analysis and reporting of Tesla Energy’s commercial performance based on set criteria and metrics approved by management
- Drive report simplification and consolidation; understand user requirements and business purposes of each report, improve usability and practicality of key reports
- Support ad hoc analytics, data refreshing using SQL and advanced MS Excel
- Performs daily processing of all operational aspects of sales orders, including but not limited to invoicing and refunds
- Responds to order-related information requests from Sales, Delivery, Service, and other departments throughout the organization
- Records information and ensures quality of data in CRM and other internal systems that support sales, production, and finance
- Investigates system discrepancies quickly and work with program management to resolve issues
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM field or equivalent experience
- Minimal 3 years performing business analytics/ experience with Order Management and Processing
- High attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills and ability to adapt to frequent change
- Comfort working with multiple teams and colleagues from various management levels
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume
- Customer service oriented and experience with Salesforce a plus

Expected Compensation
$72,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
