A Day in the Life
The Sales & Marketing Project Coordinator IV is responsible for supporting the ACM sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks, project coordination and general clerical support.
Being onsite at Medtronic’s ACM Headquarters in Boulder, CO, you will work closely with the Executive Assistant and other ACM office support professionals. The role reports to the Vice President of US Commercial for ACM.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify issues and use effective problem-solving techniques in managing a variety of situations. Independently identify reasonable alternatives and recommend alternative approaches.
- Coordinate marketing materials for tradeshows including print items. Maintain and organize inventory of products in office.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of sales and marketing personnel.
- Calendar Management as needed, Travel & Expense Management (Concur) for Sr. Directors
- Submit Purchasing Requests/Purchase Orders creation (Ariba), and Vendor profile maintenance.(VNDLY)
- Assist as needed with administrative support for meetings including logistics, agendas, meeting materials, action items, travel, and catering.
- Maintain confidential records, files, organizational charts, and distribution lists
- Acts as an information resource on policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Lead and coordinate special projects as directed
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant administrative support experience
Nice to Have
- An Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Software proficiency: MS Office Suite
- Experience supporting teams or leader in a corporate setting
- Technical computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality using independent judgement and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and be self directed
- Project management experience

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$62,000.00 - $93,000.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
