Sales Excellence Business Partner - Enterprise
The Sales Excellence Business Partner is responsible for accelerating commercial performance by supporting the HSS Management Team with strategic business initiatives (existing/new), gathering intelligence/ synthesizing insights, and providing both operational and sales excellence guidance to enable the successful delivery of business objectives. This role will be at the forefront of HSS sales strategy, partnering with other analysts to develop enterprise insights and strategies. Successful Business Partners will combine industry expertise, strategic thinking, and analytical rigor to enable best in class sales execution.
Your role:
Solve problems, execute deep-dives, create insights, and act as Subject Matter Expert.
Ensure strategic imperatives, optimize performance, and lead sales improvement projects.
Manage reporting analysis, data simplification, and create Excel models.
Support sales readiness, execute sales incentives, and design sales territories.
Automate reporting, enhance processes, and explain insights via PowerBI and Tableau.
Work globally, collaborate with various teams, and maintain strong relationships.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s in Business Administration (preferred)
8+ years of demonstrated expertise in analytical function such as sales operations, marketing, or finance
3+ years in healthcare industry
Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other common business tools
Fluency with standard salesforce.com functionality
Experience with analytical and insight tools such as Python, PowerBI, Quip, Qlik, Tableau, etc.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $105,000to $180,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
